RETURN Exceptions: Orders with custom name / numbers and discounted / final sale items fall under final sale terms are not be eligible for refund or return..

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. If an item is incorrectly sent or damaged we will bare return costs , returns for change of mind or sizing related issues return costs are the customers responsibility

If an order is sent to you damaged we will bare the return shipping costs , if you are returning because of change of mind or incorrect size ordered the customer is responsible for return cost .
Restocking fee : Due to a surge in "wardrobing" and previous abuse of the refund policy orders over the value of £120/ $150 USD ( or the local equivalent of ) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the total order value this is non negotiable to cover the fees associated with returning a lot of items .
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund back to the original payment method please allow 3-7 Business days
